Bro i had a streak of 43 days which I broke just to prove myself that i was masculine enough and since then I have relapsed so many times and i am not able to build streak again. Although I have been doing exercises daily, but due constant relapse I remain lazy and free all the time and feel like my digestion has fucked up since then. Please help and take me back on this self improvement path again. I have been feeling like a loser again. Pls
